We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organisation and your associated groups, other than as necessary to fulfil the services you agree to. This may include integration with the systems of 'groups' you join or are associated with. For example : an integration with your sporting club's internal membership system or a tournament organiser's security pass system.

"Group Administrators" and members with the role of "Member Administration" of the groups you join or are associated with within the site will have access to and be able to maintain a copy of your data. This is required to permit the groups you join to validate who you are, ascertain if you are eligible for their services and communicate with you. This may include tournament organisers informing you of future events, tournaments, products etc. At times, groups may maintain data about you which you did not provide. They will have gathered the data from outside this site and are maintaining it within. You may request at any time what data another group may be holding about you.

Unless you ask not to, we may contact you in the future to tell you about similar events you participate in; products or services associated with your organisations or changes to this privacy policy.

For clarity, in Macoocoo, a "Group" is a generic term for a body of people. This may be a sports union, tournament organiser, sports club, section within a club, company, supporters group, sports team etc. Group owners can create as many nested groups as they require. People can be associated with any group directly by requesting to join or being nominated to join. Groups of type 'team' cannot be 'joined'. Instead one is associated indirectly by being selected for a match as a player / reserve or providing supporting capacity such as manager, coach, physio etc.
